Yes. We offer a complimentary consultations and estimates to better understand your home, cleaning needs, and preferred service schedule before booking.

Cleaning times vary depending on the size of the home, its condition, and the type of service requested. Most standard cleanings take between 1.5 to 3 hours, while deep cleans and move-out services may require additional time.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide entry instructions ahead of time so they can enjoy a refreshed home when they return. Your comfort, privacy, and trust are always a priority.

We accept multiple convenient methods, including cash, debit/credit cards, and Venmo.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged the full service amount.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we always do our best to accommodate emergencies when possible.

Recurring clients who frequently cancel or skip scheduled cleanings may be subject to pricing adjustments, as longer gaps between visits often require additional cleaning time.

To ensure we provide the highest quality cleaning service possible, we kindly ask that homes be reasonably picked up prior to your appointment. SimplyHomey focuses on residential cleaning and does not provide full organization or decluttering services.
Excessive clutter may impact the quality of cleaning.

For the safety of our team, SimplyHomey does not clean or handle biohazardous materials or unsafe conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Human or animal waste
Blood or bodily fluids
Mold remediation
Pest infestations
Needles or sharp hazardous objects
Hoarding conditions
Excessive trash or unsafe environments
If hazardous conditions are present upon arrival, service may be declined.

For safety and liability reasons, SimplyHomey does not move heavy furniture or individually clean fragile collectibles, decor, or delicate knickknacks. We kindly ask that valuables and breakable items are mentioned prior to service.
